Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of skilled Laravel developers.
  • Develop secure and scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP).
  • Ensure adherence to best coding practices and maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver smooth project execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, estimations, and deliverables.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, optimizing application performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest Laravel features, PHP trends, and web development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Laravel framework (minimum 4+ years).
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with Git version control.
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, queues, and event broadcasting in Laravel.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.js.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
