Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled web development specialist to build and manage our marketing web properties.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will collaborate with designers to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Your work will be instrumental in crafting engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts that drive results.
  • Monitor site performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow by leveraging your observations and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in web design and technology, applying this knowledge to enhance our web presence.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, with a strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across web platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and adapting to ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Strong skills in custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to boost web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Mastery of responsive layouts.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing successful website design and development, with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
