Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Dark Web analyst to monitor dark web and underground channels, detect cyber threats, analyze threat actor behaviors, and support intelligence operations.

  • Responsibilities will include discovering, monitoring, and triaging underground forums, dark web marketplaces, instant messaging channels, and social media platforms to identify potential cybercrime or threat activities.
  • The successful candidate will analyze potential cybercrime activities to detect serious threats and research emerging trends.
  • They will track activities of financially motivated threat actors, state-backed threat actors, and actors targeting specific regions.
  • Furthermore, they will conduct threat research to identify motivation, goals, targets, capabilities, and modus operandi (tactics, techniques, and procedures) of cyber threat actors and groups using conventional and unconventional threat intelligence methods.
  • Deliverables from the threat research will be collated into reports for dissemination of timely intelligence.
  • The candidate will also provide incident management and threat research support to clients.
  • Additionally, they will provide research and intelligence support with respect to internal and external ad-hoc requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have extensive experience in OSINT, cyber tradecraft, and threat intelligence tools. They should be adaptable and flexible with 24x7 shift work across global time zones.
