About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive insights from data, identify gaps, and solve high-impact business challenges across sales, product, and engineering functions.

  • Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations supporting business and product decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities. A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
