Transformation Consultant

As a trusted advisor, this individual will foster collaboration among marketing, operations, and IT teams, ensuring seamless alignment between strategic objectives and technological roadmaps.

  • Client Engagement & Discovery: Conduct workshops to identify client pain points, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and develop targeted solutions.
  • Techno Functional Aspects: Translate functional specifications into technical documents, highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy systems that align with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding of technological capabilities.
  • Effective Onboarding: Train super users on platform functionality, explain support mechanisms, and establish cadences for addressing business-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
