Senior Control Professional

We are seeking a senior control professional to join our organization in Pune. This role will be integral in ensuring timely interest rate requests and implementing controls to maintain adequate audit trails and segregation of duties.
- Coordinate with client-facing teams and Risk Management to ensure necessary client documentation is in place and uploaded into the system.
- Review client contracts and identify gaps in interest rate conditions.
- Lead control and risk management testing and reporting, including error and near-miss analyses.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of interest rates, derivatives, and financial markets.
- 8-10 years of experience in operations and financial services.
