About the Job

Our team seeks an experienced UAT Test Manager at the Program level to lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for our eCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Align testing goals with business and customer expectations.
  • Utilize Model-based testing to achieve end-to-end testing objectives.
  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Evaluate coverage of critical eCommerce flows (e.g., product search, cart, checkout, payment, returns).
  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
  • Celebrate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies.
  • Analyze and escalate defects.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain a UAT environment that mirrors production.
  • Ensure accurate test data preparation and validation.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and maintain relevant approvals.
  • Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required. A strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways is essential. Hands-on experience with Magento is necessary, along with in-depth knowledge of functional flow and admin flows. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools is preferred. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is also beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus. Preferred experience includes 5+ years in UAT/Test Management roles for e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
