Program Testing Expert

About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced UAT test manager at the program level to lead user acceptance testing efforts for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that all business requirements are met, and the platform delivers a seamless user experience across web and mobile channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and schedules for the e-commerce platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.
3. Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria in line with business expectations.
4. Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
5. Track, analyze, and escalate defects through collaboration with development and QA teams for resolution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways.
3. Hands-on experience with Magento is required with in-depth knowledge of functional flow and admin flows.
4. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
5. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in UAT/test management roles for e-commerce platforms.
2. Experience in testing third-party integrations (e.g., payment processors, shipping APIs).
