Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing conceptual designs for architectural projects based on client requirements, project briefs, and site conditions.

  • Create detailed design drawings, sketches, models, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Generate 3D visualizations, renderings, and other design-related documentation to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual designs for architectural projects, considering client requirements, project briefs, and site conditions.
  • Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring they meet design specifications, standards, and regulations.
  • Produce construction documents and technical specifications for use in project implementation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all design revisions are recorded and updated as required.
Client Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and needs, incorporating feedback into the design process.
  • Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, explaining design concepts, material selections, and project timelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and project types.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards (e.g., LEED).
