Job Description

We seek an experienced performance testing expert to join our organization. Our ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis using tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana. They should possess excellent reporting skills and the ability to analyze complex data.

Key Responsibilities
  • JMeter expertise for multiple protocols including API and web HTTP/HTML
  • Experience working on mobile performance testing with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Hands-on experience in debugging performance scripts, identifying bottlenecks using drill-down analysis with monitoring tools
  • Interaction with stakeholders for performance issue resolution and implementation of process improvements
  • Hands-on experience with SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon, etc. for comprehensive performance analysis
  • Ability to work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders and lead a team of performance testers
  • Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to present findings to senior management
  • Experience working in a global delivery environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Provide automated test tool support, software testing quality assurance, review, verification, and certification of project work products and deliverables
  • Familiar with planning, strategizing to meet performance goals, writing, and executing performance testing scripts using various tools
  • Establish and perform periodic process audits and standards assessments for continuous improvement
