Job Title:

Senior Manager/AVP ALM

Job Description:

We are hiring for a Senior Manager/AVP Asset Liability Management (ALM) professional who will be responsible for monitoring liquidity and interest rate risk for the bank. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor liquidity and interest rate risk for the bank, highlighting concerns to management.
  • Prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns, and monitor ratios against internal and regulatory limits, providing insights with impact analysis to management.
  • Prepare daily Liquidity and ALM dashboards to circulate to management.
  • Work on IT projects related to risk monitoring/management systems.
  • Support in enhancing current solutions through testing and/or providing functional inputs in developing new solutions.
  • Keep abreast with market/regulatory developments and best practices pertaining to ALM/Balance sheet.
  • Engage in extensive liaison with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Monitor balance sheet hedging and streamline processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information gathered from clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information - not to share with anyone outside the office.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI circulars/guidelines and make changes in policies accordingly.
  • Drive commercial savings on existing portfolios, ensuring adherence to RBI policies and guidelines.
