Job Type: Overview:

The Oracle SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications, with a focus on Oracle Manufacturing Modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional consulting, project management, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Manufacturing modules, including Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Inventory Gathering
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for SCM processes and systems
  • Design and document solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and Oracle guidelines
  • Develop test cases, execute testing, and validate system changes to ensure compliance with specifications and business needs
  • Provide training to end-users and support during the transition phase, addressing any issues that arise
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the SCM
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of SCM applications with other enterprise systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong focus on Oracle Manufacturing Modules
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus
