Job Title: Oracle Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM consultant to join our team at ATIT Proficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on i2R Service Logistics and Maintenance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
  • Design and configure service logistics processes, including parts management, service contracts, field service operations, and return logistics.
  • Manage maintenance management processes, including preventive maintenance, work orders, service requests, and asset tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the i2R Service Logistics and Maintenance Management modules.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Provide end-user training and support, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Oracle SCM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities to ensure system stability and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle SCM modules.
  • Expertise in i2R Service Logistics and Maintenance Management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and configure service logistics processes.
  • Experience in managing maintenance management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Experience in providing end-user training and support.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
