Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to carry out data science activities.

• Connect with internal/external stakeholders to understand business requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to gather data artifacts and hypotheses.

• Create project plans and sprints for milestones/deliverables.

• Optimize data pipelines to ingest data effectively.

• Ensure data quality with proactive checks and resolve gaps.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and define performance metrics prior to running machine learning algorithms.

• Research existing solutions before building models.

• Create optimized data models for efficient querying.

• Run machine learning algorithms for business goals.

• Validate and optimize models for scalability.

• Develop applications to help businesses consume outputs.

• Test codes pre-production for bugs and resolve them proactively.

• Integrate and operationalize models in client ecosystems.

• Document project artifacts and log failures.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied mathematics, machine learning, or related discipline).
  • Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of numerical, data analysis, or AI frameworks.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as Llama/T5/Falcon/Langchain.
  • Knowledge of NLP evolution history, training data creation, and fine-tuning.
  • Awareness of research papers and architecture diagrams.
  • Comfortable with LORA, RAG, Instruct fine-tuning, and Quantization.
  • Predictive modeling experience in Python (Time Series/Multivariable/Causal).
  • Machine learning techniques understanding and application experience.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple projects.

  • Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • DevOps practices knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
