We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our Digital Axle Counter business, a strategic and high-growth vertical in our portfolio. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies across Indian Railways and global markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage partnerships with key industry players to introduce cutting-edge axle counter technologies.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence, and financial sustainability within the business unit.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including RDSO, Zonal Railways, and international partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical).
- MBA from a premier institute.
- 15–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Railway Signalling experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, project execution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong network with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business development and project execution.
