Business Automation Lead Job Description

Eldyne, a pioneer in Railway Signalling & Automation, is seeking an accomplished leader to head our Digital Axle Counter (DAC) business—a strategic and high-growth vertical.

Lead strategic growth across Indian Railways and global markets by leveraging nearly three decades of partnership with Thales (now Hitachi) to introduce next-generation axle counter technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive innovation, operational excellence, and financial sustainability.
  • Leverage expertise in railway signalling systems to develop cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical)MBA from a premier institute15–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Railway Signalling experience strongly preferred)

A proven track record in business development, project execution, and stakeholder management. Strong network with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership.
