Senior Software Engineer for AI/ML Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and FastAPI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Web Applications: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our business requirements.
  • Lead and Mentor Developers: As a senior member of our team, you will lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they deliver exceptional work.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of ReactJS, solid backend skills in Python with FastAPI, and experience leading developer teams.
  • Product Vision and Prototyping: Strong product vision and prototyping skills, with the ability to translate product ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skill: Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks, or building tools using LLMs is a bonus but not required.
