AI/ML Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop and deploy ML models at scale, working with large datasets and leveraging modern ML frameworks.

About the Job

This is a senior-level position that requires strong programming skills in Python and expertise in machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.

  • Design, build and deploy scalable ML models for real-world applications using PySpark and MLflow.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines using various libraries and tools.
  • Process structured and unstructured data using Pandas, NumPy and other relevant libraries.
  • Train, evaluate and fine-tune models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers and software developers to integrate ML models into production.
  • Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability and reliability.
  • Ensure reproducibility and version control of ML experiments using MLflow.

Required Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with PySpark for big data processing.
  • Proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and deployment best practices.
