Job Title: Global Study Abroad Application Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Study Abroad Application Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience for students throughout their admission journey.

This position involves managing the entire application process for students applying to international universities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and processing student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations.
  • Verifying and reviewing application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Supporting students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Following up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  • Collaborating with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in the CRM/system.
  • Providing students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
  • Supporting in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application management.
