Job Title: Sr. Lead - Learning Business Partner (Tech & Product Function)

As a Tech and Product Learning Business Partner, you will partner with the Technology and Product functions to provide suitable learning solutions driving organisational performance. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the best learning solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to identify key learning needs and design effective learning interventions.
  • Understand business goals and context to translate into learning implications.
  • Assist management in driving capability through skill gap analysis, identifying competencies, designing and delivering learning initiatives.
  • Track and report the launch and ongoing rollout of learning initiatives.
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate learning impact using business metrics, feedback from leaders and employees, engagement surveys, etc.
  • Support management with ongoing L&D operations.
  • Promote learning and talent development within the business unit.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs per annum (based on location and experience).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of recent trends in technology adoption in app development.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with fellow HR business associates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Learning and Development life cycle, including need/performance gap analysis, scoping, research, and analysis, design, development, launch, evaluation, and feedback.
  • Ability to develop and integrate business strategy into the design and development of learning and talent strategy.
  • Familiarity with LMS operations like user management, creating learning paths, analyzing user data, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solid background working with synthesis of data, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and writing reports/presentations.
  • Managing large-scale project rollouts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualification:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in L&D solutions and operations.
  • Any graduation or post-graduation, preferably with a technology background.
  • Relevant L&D certification from a reputed organisation.
