As a ServiceNow HRSD Product Engineer at Kenvue, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital workflows to support HR Service Delivery. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to align with Kenvue's strategic goals and objectives, as well as following ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a scrum team, including mentoring and guidance, to deliver compliant code on time.
  • Establish metrics and measures for HRSD performance, including technical debt.
  • Oversee HRSD module health and performance, including integrations, plug-ins, and customizations.
  • Create and execute development plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Evaluate new technology to deliver business needs and share with HRSD Product Owners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow design, development, and deployment.
  • Certification in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, and Scripting.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical architect or administrator of a ServiceNow Employee Experience digital workflow.
  • Experience balancing business needs with customization controls and speed/scale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience with Database design principles.
  • Experience with modern web integration protocols.
  • Experience with code versioning control systems.
  • Experience with Database performance.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework.
