Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
  • Answer phone calls, provide information, and handle patient inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain and update patient records and clinic databases.
  • Ensure understanding of billing, payments, and insurance documentation as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly reception area.
  • Perform general admin office tasks, including filing and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a receptionist in a clinical setting or roles at esteemed establishments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.
