Lab Researcher Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Lab Researcher in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various laboratory tasks such as sample reception, labeling, and analysis, design and execution of laboratory testing, conducting experiments, organizing chemicals and equipment, data recording, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

  • The primary responsibility of the position is to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of laboratory samples and specimens.
  • Another key aspect of this role is to maintain standard operating procedures and protocols in line with industry best practices and organizational policies.
  • In addition to laboratory testing, the successful candidate will also be required to conduct scientific research and development activities under defined conditions to validate or reject hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
  • An essential requirement of this position is to organize, store, and manage all chemicals, substances, fluids, and compressed gases safely according to established safety instructions and guidelines.
  • The incumbent will be expected to accurately record and document all laboratory data and results in specified formats (paper and electronic) with attention to detail and precision.
  • This role requires close collaboration with other departments and personnel to effectively manage laboratory supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • At least one to two years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
