Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our SaaS platform's frontend architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and scalable UI that enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement frontend solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code, ensuring comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight users.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve the product and development processes.
  • Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.
  • Strong sense of UI/UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
