Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend engineering efforts for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers in delivering high-quality applications.
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integrations and alignment on requirements.
  • Hands-on Development:
  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to improve application performance.
  • Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications that meet business requirements.
  • Technology Ownership:
  • Demonstrate expertise across a range of frontend technologies and frameworks, including React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Quality & Performance:
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams to achieve common goals.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is required.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is beneficial.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
