Job Title: Wet Etch Process SpecialistOur ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert maintenance and repair services for wet etch equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these critical tools, which play a vital role in the production process.Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of wet etch equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and optimize tool performance.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled or as needed, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and support of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, asset management, and training records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and industry developments related to wet etch equipment, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is must. Degree/ Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Positive attitude and good team player, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently and/or in a team environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
