About the Role

As a PLC Engineer/Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI and related systems. Your expertise in creating advanced PLC programs, modernizing learning modules and collaborating globally will drive the success of our training program.

  • Lead Live Training Sessions: Deliver impactful and practical sessions that educate and engage trainees.
  • Create from Scratch: Develop cutting-edge PLC programs and stay ahead with research and development in automation technologies.
  • Modernize Learning: Continuously update training modules to reflect the latest advancements in AI, Industry 4.0, VR and IIoT.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work with global teams to ensure seamless and high-quality learning experiences worldwide.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
  • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems
  • Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks and IIoT

You will also bring:

  • Fluent English communication and public speaking skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in the automation industry
  • Openness to international travel for onsite training sessions
