About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished senior leader to join our pioneering team as Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our visionary Founder to develop growth plans, including global expansion and new product development.
  • Hire, guide, and inspire a small, top-notch team focused on strategy, operations, and product creation.
  • Streamline processes, manage key projects, and ensure everything aligns with our goals.
  • Identify opportunities to boost revenue, such as launching products or forming global partnerships.
  • Act as the bridge between our Founder, team, and partners, creating clear updates, presentations, and reports to support decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven success as an ex-founder or in senior strategy/operations roles at fast-growing companies.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience, with 3-5 years leading teams and executing strategies.
  • Experience in moving from services to products, growing businesses globally, or working in tech, consulting, or consumer sectors.
  • A graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Calcutta (IIM ABC) or similar advanced degree.
