Program Management Manager

This role involves establishing the training and upskilling charter for India CBT. It includes designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills, performance, and professional development of associates.

An individual contributor is required to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders, including business teams, to deliver on the upskilling goals of the organization. The manager will conduct workshops and classroom training sessions as per the associates' training needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. They will also have proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software, as well as an understanding of e-commerce and cross-border trade space.

A master's or postgraduate degree is required, with 5+ years of experience in training, learning, and development, or a related field. Certification in training or development is desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop effective training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
