Job Title: Data Access SpecialistThe primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations for the Identity & Access Management function by ensuring native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert. The role involves monitoring activities to ensure data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Conduct strict adherence to established processes to generate reports and follow defined escalation procedures.
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source Userlists and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks pertaining to IAM processes.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM processes with IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong teamwork, and communication to the team.
  • Undertake periodical reviews and exercises related to Application security for compliance and implement enhancements.

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics across the organization.
  • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications
  • English language proficiency
