About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Mobile App Growth Strategist to spearhead paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

This role focuses on executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimising funnels, and ensuring growth at scale.

If you thrive on scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to push performance, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels to drive installs and conversions
  • Build and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Nice to Have

  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
