Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for an expert in cloud infrastructure to join our team. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Your primary goal will be to ensure high availability and performance of our systems, as well as to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Terraform modules, write Lambda functions, and set up monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
  • Develop and maintain Terraform modules to manage infrastructure as code
  • Write Python scripts using Boto3 to automate operational tasks and workflows
  • Set up and configure monitoring, logging, and alerting tools using ELK and TrendMicro
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to blameless postmortems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles
  • Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure design and deployment on AWS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS Lambda, and ELK
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Possession of AWS certifications is a plus
