Job Title: API Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing APIs using Kong and IBM DataPower. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating solution designs, API specs, and low-level designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop APIs using industry-leading technologies like Kong and IBM DataPower
  • Migrate APIs from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms such as Kong
  • Implement security standards and best practices for API development
  • Work on automated unit testing, build, and deployment tools such as JUnit, SonarQube, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins
  • Estimate project costs using standard techniques like use case point, functional point, work breakdown, or story point
  • Hold industry benchmark certifications such as AWS Certified Architect or company-specific architect certification

Requirements:

  • 7-14 years of experience in API development and architecture
  • Expertise in leading-edge technologies like Kong and IBM DataPower
  • Hands-on experience in API migration, security, and automation
  • Industry benchmark certifications
