Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

 

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand planning, statistical forecasting, and replenishment planning.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demand Planning: Ensure accurate and efficient demand planning of Finished Goods (FG) based on past data at various levels of customer and product hierarchy by generating baseline statistical forecast.
  2. Statistical Forecasting: Prepare bottom-up forecasts by region using baseline, cluster, and regional sales review and activation inputs to obtain consensus on forecasts.
  3. Replenishment Planning: Ensure high service levels and minimize Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations at the customer point through the use of replenishment tools and making changes to norms.
  4. Service Level Performance: Drive initiatives to enhance the responsiveness of the supply chain in weekly E2 execution meetings.
  5. Consensus Meeting: Coordinate demand across regions/CSD/BII/BIO to provide an all-India picture of demand by region/category/brand.
  6. Execution: Responsible for end-to-end execution of N1 (monthly SLT meeting), T4, KPI performance meetings. Assist the Head of S&OP in anchoring meetings with well-prepared agendas and insights.
  7. Data Analytics & Insight Generation: Identify and analyze trends in various planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management decision-making (across demand, replenishment, production, and materials planning).
  8. Forecast Sensing / Special Project Management: Drive the adoption of O9 tools in demand planning, drive next-level demand planning maturity, explore forecasting sensing algorithms, scenario planning for planned and unplanned disruptions, and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for statistical forecasting.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in demand planning, statistical forecasting, and replenishment planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
