Reliability Engineer Role

About the Position

This is a key role within our manufacturing technology team where you will be responsible for ensuring our mechanical equipment remains reliable, efficient and safe.

As a Reliability Engineer, you'll develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime. You will also troubleshoot and repair breakdowns using strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions.

You will analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to optimize production. Furthermore, you will manage spare parts inventory for critical components to ensure seamless operation.

Additionally, you will support the installation and commissioning of new machinery to maintain efficiency. Lastly, you will ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards to protect people and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failures.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering; new graduates welcome.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment and maintenance practices is essential.
