Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate professional to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Specialist.

In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and reporting on the performance of our sales teams, identifying trends and improvement areas. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on sales performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Generate detailed performance reports using data from Salesforce, ensuring accuracy for timely forecasts.
• Collaborate with senior management to propose remediation strategies based on data insights.
• Prepare and present accurate dashboards and reports to enable effective decision-making.
• Evaluate opportunities in Salesforce and engage with cross-functional project teams to drive seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in sales business analytics, MIS reporting, AOP, forecasting.
• Proven business experience in MIS reporting and sales business analytics.
• Ability to excel in a high-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Resourceful and action-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with strong collaborative mentality.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with high-tech operations, cloud networking, SaaS industry.
