Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and managing PAM solutions using BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement PAM solutions that meet the security needs of our clients.
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise systems like Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
  • Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive access policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across hybrid environments.
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
Requirements:
  • 4-12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).
