Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Order Management Professional to join our team in Chennai. As an Order Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying outstanding debts, and taking timely action to encourage customers for timely payments. You will also be responsible for processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold and services rendered.
Additional responsibilities include generating reports and statements for internal use, performing customer account reconciliation, maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses, researching and resolving customer discrepancies, coordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries, ensuring accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by managements, engaging in ongoing education opportunities to update job knowledge.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have good English communication skills, a graduation degree (without any standing arrears), strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure and within time constraints, attention to detail and strong analytical skills to solve customer queries, ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments. Freshers with 2-4 years of experience can directly walk-in.
