We are seeking a seasoned Product Introduction Specialist to lead our Native water purifier product line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management: Lead NPI projects for multiple water purifier products, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams to align cross-functional stakeholders and deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
  3. Product Development & Validation: Ensure DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and DFX principles are integrated early in the design stage, oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing (performance, reliability, regulatory compliance), and lead issue tracking and resolution during EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
  4. Operational Readiness: Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams, including process validation, line setup, and yield improvement, drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development, and ensure smooth handover to operations post-launch.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine NPI processes, tools, and best practices tailored for consumer appliance development, track post-launch performance (quality, service feedback, cost metrics), and drive iterative improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong program management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers / home appliances / consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
  • Hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
