As an Associate - Feeder Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing information with precision, ensuring seamless data integrity and quality.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate data entry and customer service standards through strong communication skills.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in capturing documents related to Ocean Transportation.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Show adaptability in changing priorities, willingness to learn, and support time-sensitive projects as needed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with a positive attitude.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrate basic tech proficiency in CRM tools and software.
- Cultivate effective time management to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Email Writing skills.
- A minimum typing speed of 20 wpm with 95 accuracy.
- Prior experience in Documentation processing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, is necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is required.
