About the Job

We are seeking an experienced AI/NLP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with large language models and AI-based tools, strong analytical skills, and experience developing, testing, and refining AI-driven applications.

The core areas of focus for this role include:

  • Algorithm Development: Developing algorithms that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
  • Model Deployment: Deploying models on cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML.
  • Scalability: Ensuring scalability and performance of AI systems in production environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Additionally, they should have experience with MLOps and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Airflow.

Key Technologies: Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), Big Data (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop), Databases (SQL, NoSQL, GraphDBs), DevOps (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Terraform), Optimization (ONNX, TensorRT, Pruning & Quantization).

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
  • Ensuring high-quality data processing and analytics pipelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI engineering or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
