Job Title: AI Engineering Lead

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.

This role involves leading cross-functional AI teams and mentoring junior engineers to drive project delivery and innovation.

The successful candidate will design and deploy scalable ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional AI teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers to drive project delivery and innovation.
  • Develop and implement AIOps use cases, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and incident management.
  • Design and deploy scalable ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications.
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and incident management.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
