About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our Commercial Analytics team in Finance GBS at Novo Nordisk. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and present data in a clear and meaningful way. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI tools and features.
  • Transform complex data sets into visually compelling and easy-to-understand reports and visualizations.
  • Customise and format reports and visualizations to meet specific business needs and requirements.
  • Analyse large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in the commercial domain in designing and developing Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Power BI tools and features.
  • Experience with data analysis and generating insights from large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
