We are seeking an experienced AS400/RPG Developer to lead our team of experts in developing and maintaining complex applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance RPG IV, CLLE, and ILE applications to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement efficient batch jobs, interactive screens, menus, and subfiles using industry best practices.
  • Implement file-based integrations and data exchange formats such as EDI, XML, and CSV to facilitate seamless data transfer.
  • Utilize change management tools to manage code changes and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to production systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 12-20 years of experience working with the IBM i/AS400 platform.
  • Experience in the retail domain is highly advantageous.
