The Information Technology department is responsible for building products and platforms that focus on providing extraordinary customer experiences by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology at the centre of everything they do.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational monitoring, reporting, and functioning of wireless, routing & switching infrastructure across various offices and datacentres. You will maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its operational performance through appropriate technical network troubleshooting.
Liaising and collaborating with vendors, TAC, and support teams, you will identify problems, scope responsibilities, and provide RCA resolutions. You will also supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployments, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.
Collaborating with Deloitte Global, Peer, and Business teams, you will provide support and assistance for network incidents and requests. You will maintain network inventory, network documentation, and MIS reports to meet network operations processes and procedures.
Requirements:- Experience in Network Infrastructure Operations
- Experience in managing/supervising network support teams
- In-depth conceptual knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security
- Experience & hands-on with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms
- Conceptual knowledge for Enterprise Firewall (Site/VPN tunneling) & QoS Traffic Shaping in network environment
- In-depth Knowledge of Network monitoring/reporting/troubleshooting tools
- Ability to work independently in a team environment & as a team leader
- Well-versed with Network MIS & technical reports
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications required: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Additional Cisco certifications preferred.
Experience required: 8+ Years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate network, with minimum 2 years in Large/Complex network environment.
