About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to serve as a trusted technical leader and mentor across teams. This individual will drive technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevate the engineering bar by creating scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development with Python, Java, C#, or Golang, along with knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures. Additionally, they should have proficiency in data & messaging with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, as well as experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity across the org.
