Senior Communication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communication Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning modules for our professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned trainer/consultant to contribute to building strong business communication and interpersonal capabilities across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate training sessions on Professional Communication, SMART Goal Setting, Strategy, Storytelling, and Client/Patient Communication.
  • Develop engaging content, case studies, and role-play scenarios to enhance practical learning.
  • Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and virtual sessions for diverse learner groups.
  • Coach participants on business communication, writing skills, presentation techniques, collaboration, and crisis handling.
  • Provide feedback, mentoring, and guidance to ensure measurable skill development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize content based on organizational needs.

Required Skillsets & Experience

  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Trainer, SME, or Learning Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Business Communication
    • Writing & Presentation Skills
    • Storytelling Techniques
    • SMART Goal Frameworks
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
    • Crisis Handling & Conflict Management
  • Demonstrated ability to engage participants in virtual/remote training environments.
  • Excellent command of English with strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
