Property Investment Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Investment Evaluation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate residential and commercial property deals to determine their potential for investment.
- Analyze financial data, including ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV.
- Use and maintain deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline the evaluation process.
- Produce written summaries of each deal, including go/no-go recommendations.
- Triple-check every detail before submitting work.
- Take ownership of your analysis - your calls matter.
- Fundamental understanding of property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
- Experience working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking.
- Meticulous approach to work with strong integrity.
- Ability to handle important decisions under pressure.
- Welcoming feedback and constantly aiming to improve.
- Fully remote role – work from anywhere with stable internet.
- 5 days/week | 12 days paid holiday annually.
