Job Title: Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Expert to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and expertise to our customers in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • About the Role:
  • You will have strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment.
  • You will be able to understand user requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations.
  • You will conduct customer visits for inspection of machines related to retrofitting and upgradation.
  • You will provide effective solutions to resolve customer issues and requirements.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, and service to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • You will prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
  • You will maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports.
  • You will stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharma machinery.
  • You will support the sales team with technical inputs during client negotiations and proposal development.
  • You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations.
  • You will train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques.
