Creative Video Producer

We are looking for an experienced video editor to join our team and bring creativity to life through compelling video content.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing long-form and short-form videos and experience in films, short films, or documentaries.
You will be responsible for shaping our visual narrative, ensuring every piece aligns with our brand and communicates our mission effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit engaging content across formats for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and more.
- Collaborate closely with the content and production team to bring stories to life through video.
- Execute seamless transitions, sound syncing, and pacing to retain viewer attention.
- Handle post-production tasks including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Integrate text overlays, music, SFX, and B-roll to enrich storytelling.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and align with evolving brand tone.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing in video editing.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Attention to detail and creativity in crafting visually appealing and engaging videos.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- 2-3 years of experience in video editing, particularly in short films, long-form content, or documentaries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of edited video work, including both short and long formats.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to tight deadlines.
